Sunsets:

Wir haben ja schon in Galerie 1 erwähnt, daß die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse des Hotels sozusagen zelebriert wurden. Alles hat sich dort versammelt, Hotelgäste aber auch manch einer, den man später in der Stadt als Kellner oder als Sängerin wiedergesehen hat. Es war ein traumhafter Ausblick. Dazu wurde sehr schöne Musik gespielt und man trank dazu z. B. einen Cocktail. Allerdings konnten wir ebensogut von der Terrasse unseres Zimmers aus den Sonnenuntergang beobachten.

In the first gallery we mentioned that the sunsets at the terrace are sort of celebrated. All came to see it, the hotel guests but also some people we have seen later in the night as a waiter or singer in a bar. It was a perfect dream. With the sunset we had wonderful music and sometimes we had a cocktail. And we had the same view from the terrace of our hotel room.

Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir hatten viel Sonne, dabei allerdings auch oft viel Wind, schöne und lange Abende in Mykonos-Stadt in der Piano-Bar, in der Manto's Bar, Icaros etc. oder im Kastro's und wir haben auch nette Leute kennengelernt. Es hat sich rundum gelohnt.

All things considered it was a wonderful vacation. We had much sun but somtimes also much wind, nice and long nights in the city of Mykonos at the Piano-bar, at the Manto's bar, Icaros etc. or in the Kastro's and we met many nice people. It was worhtwile all around.
