Wichtig: Mit Urteil vom 12. Mai 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "Haftung für Links" hat das Landgericht Hamburg entschieden, daß man durch das Setzen von Links sämtliche Inhalte der angelinkten Seiten mit zu verantworten hat. Diese Mithaftung kann man nur los werden, indem man sich ausdrücklich von diesen Inhalten distanziert. Natürlich wähle ich mit Bedacht aus, zu wem ich einen Link setze und zu wem nicht. Was mich aber total überfordern würde, wäre, fortlaufend zu kontrollieren, ob sich in irgend einer Ecke dieser vielen Angebote ein rechtlich bedenklicher Inhalt versteckt oder dort nachträglich aufgenommen wird. Deshalb erkläre ich hiermit: "Ich distanziere mich ausdrücklich von allen Inhalten aller gelinkten Seiten und machen mir ihre Inhalte nicht zu eigen. Diese Erklärung gilt für alle in meiner HP gesetzten Links."

Important note: With the adjudgement of Mai 12th 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "responsibility for Links" the regional court of Hamburg decided that you are responsible for the subject matter of the links you place on your pages. You can only get rid of this joint commitment liability if you dissociate from the subject matters. Of course we are careful with placing links to other pages. But it would ask too much of me if I should check all the time if there is hidden a critical subject on any page or it is built in on any page additional. That's why I declare: "I dissociate emphatically from all subject matters of all linked pages and I don't adopt the subject matters as my own. I declare this for all the links in all my homepages."
